Used by APIUserManagers to assign manual intakes to their APIUsers in bulk. Each food item follows the same rules as /intake/manualInput/USERID: provide a valid dish id, or, when ingredient-only manual intakes are enabled for the account, omit id and provide a non-empty ingredients list.
