Permanently deletes a nutritional plan based on its unique ID. This action is irreversible and will remove all data associated with the plan. NOTE: If the deleted nutrition plan had an associated measure goal, that goal will also be deleted.

Make sure the nutritional plan ID provided corresponds to an existing plan assigned to the user.
