Get all the occasion groups for the company in the request. It will return the active and inactive occasion groups and the system's default occasions, containing information about each occasion group and each occasion.

A time range can be specified as query parameters (init_time and end_time), and it will only return the occasion groups that fall within the specified time range. This applies only to the inactive occasions. Active occasions will always be included in the response. If no time range is specified, all occasion groups will be returned.

If no occasion groups have been defined, it will only return the system's default occasions.
